Why would you ask us for help?
Our world has reached a level of complexity in which it seems impossible to do everything “right” and to not have a negative footprint. Let us guide you through a process which helps you understand the boundaries and opportunities of a responsible business and opens up your perspectives on the value you can create for all stakeholders involved.
We see us as part of a closed loop-system where investments in people, planet and profit uplift each other if managed well. We look for a smart strategy which creates synergy effects and ensures that efforts maximize stakeholder value.
Instead of considering the CSR strategy as something separate from your business strategy, we show you how your CSR strategy can be the ultimate tool to generate sustainable value for your business.
Our guiding principle is “Do more with less”. We believe that you can create a resilient business with a loyal, values-driven customer base that wants to support you on every step of your journey because you are authentic and walk the talk.
This is not about being perfect, this is about showing up in your rawness, with your visions, actions and all challenges you face alongside.
We don’t support for-show-only activities.

1. What is CSR?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to a self-regulation that companies integrate in their corporate governance to ensure that their business operations are ethical and beneficial for society and the environment. The Triple Bottom Line is used as a guiding framework which measures a company’s success based on its social, environmental and economic impact (also known as the 3Ps - People, Planet, Profit). Apart from solving real-world problems, a smart CSR strategy can cut costs, increase customer loyalty, foster the support & satisfaction of involved communities and improve employee engagement & satisfaction which inherently leads to a lower turnover rate. All of that ultimately translates into a more stable business and more sustainable value creation.
There is no one-size-fits-all CSR approach which means businesses can be creative about the initiatives they choose to undertake. A CSR strategy is often the result of the company’s corporate values, legal requirements, customer and investor demands.
